Saulo Ribeiro: Lessons from a Champion

Thought you might like to take a quick look at a lesson with Saulo Ribeiro, 6x World Champion, as he shares both techniques and budo philosophy.

Re: Saulo Ribeiro: Lessons from a Champion

Thanks for the link Roy. I spent spent two weeks this summer out in San Diego with Saulo and Xande and it was absolutely wonderful. I have to say out of all the folks I have studied with in BJJ, these guys are the best for many different reasons. Saulo always has that smile on his face and has a great style and delivery in his teaching that makes you want to be the best you can be!

I feel fortunate to have gotten to know them and to have spent some time on the mat with them.

I am hoping one day to visit you as well and train! Thanks!
