Well guys I got an e-mail from the guy giving me one of the secrets for free...
here is what the e-mail states:
Paul,
I sent this very important email out
a few days ago and had a lot of feedback
on it!
Also, I spent the weekend demonstrating
this technique and one guy almost filled
his pants when I showed him how easy
I could turn his arm into a tooth pick!
Here's the details:
============================
When someone tries to attack you or
rough you up a bit, the first thing they
will do is grab your collar with their
hand and wind up and try and punch you
with their other hand... Right?
It happens ALL THE TIME...
Here is EXACTLY how to protect
yourself:
Here is what you do to make sure that
dumb ass never uses that arm again.
First: When he (or she) grabs your collar
with their hand, don't panic...
Second: Once they get a firm grip just step
straight back. NOT lean back...
Third: At the EXACT same time, bring your
arms up till your elbows are about 6 inches
below your shoulders and the snap them
together real fast MAKING SURE you
bend his elbow backwards.
=============================
Cross your elbows in front of you so
it will snap his elbow backwards that is
holding your collar!
=============================
The goal is to bust his freek'in arm in
half...
VERY IMPORTANT - You MUST step
back one step because you need to get
his arm extended so you can snap it
like a dry branch!
From the time this person grabs you
till the time he is on the floor should
be about 4 seconds AT THE MOST...
YOU MUST bust his arm before he
throws a punch with his other arm...
Practice this on a friend... Don't
bust them up, but get a friend to
grab your collar and try and throw
a punch, then test this technique!

one of the most basic Aikido
tactics for self-defense there is...
