Video is an excellent demonstration of Ai-Do....techniques with muscle power, not Aikido. Wonder whether they can be just as impressive without Uke's cooperation.

Dear Henry,
Whether you consider Rik Ellis to use aikido principles ot not the fact is Rik is a good MMA fighter.I personally would not like to push my luck in a one to one encounter with Rik.This of couse is hardly likely since I am a good friend of Riks Dad.Cheers, Joe,
