Exclamation Re: Article: Examinations and Their Purpose by Patrick Auge

It really quite amuzing to note that student - teachers shows one thing and that is RESPECT when you have this: Students will attend faithfully the sessions, come and show up (as early as the worm before the worm be eaten by the bird) one hour earlier might be.
The only thing is when RESPECT are not properly evaluated and integrated to the students and so as teachers before any aikido training starts. When we have RESPECT... We are punctual, We are attentive, We are careful to our sparing partner (to avoid disposable body bags ) Just a thought. How many level are the black belts of aikido and what are the colors of belts and its symbols. Thank you.... sukran! salamat!

Peaceful way,

professoreaa

If I'm not mistaken, the black belt levels are from 1st dan to 9th dan.

Umm...the colors of the black belts are black

Okay seriously, I think you were referring to the ranks below 1st dan so:

Some dojos use colored belts, while others (like the one I'm in) just use white belts from 6th kyu to 1st kyu. About the colored belts: I'm not really familiar with them, except that brown means 1st kyu.

Peace

Re: Respect and Punctuality

Thanks man... grrrr hehe lol

Anyway you really take that cloudy thought of mine about the ranks by belts.... i have my belt too... attached to my holster... hehehe! thanks man!

Your dabawenyo... I am from Davao City too. I just enjoy my life here in Cagayan de Oro City.

We are still enjoying duckwalk here.... but sad to say we are not guided well by our sensie here. I hope, that I will be able to buy a hand book or manual in AIKIDO in a bookstore.... maybe you can share your sensie's technique their in Davao City.

Thanks for the reply bro.
