How many months did you practice stretching incrementally in a straddle seat, making sure you could touch your forehead to your knees before trying to spread your legs further apart?
Took me about two years. Forty years ago.I can still do 'em.
Yeah, i'm a girl. But my sensei can do 'em too & he's 54 years old.
