Part 1 of the Aikido and Knee Injury Project, on the incidence of knee injuries, has been written up. You can find it online at http://www.zanshinart.com/Aikido/AikiKnee.html.
I am making this information freely available to all aikido-related media outlets, aikido organizations and individual dojo, asking only that I be credited when the data is reprinted, excerpted, or reported on. If you need a printed copy, please send a large SASE to: Janet Rosen; 236 W. Portal, #767; San Francisco CA 94127. Thank you so much for your assistance and interest. I will let you know when Part 2 Surveys, for individuals who have sustained acute knee injuries, are ready to be done.
