Aikido club in greater Vancouver?

Hi,

I recently moved to Burnaby (near SFU) and I'm looking for a good aikido club. I have also trained in judo, taekwondo, and BJJ, and I'm looking for a club that satisfies these conditions:
1. We get a real workout (real for a man in his twenties, that is).
2. The techniques are sometimes trained with resistance (it's not always "you have to cooperate with your partner").
3. It's not too formal nor "spiritual".

Basically, I want to train as in Judo, but in Aikido. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Nic

Robert Mustard runs a dojo in Burnaby. I would go out of my way to train for Mustard.

I will try it out tonight or tomorrow! Any other suggestions? I'd like to try a few before making a decision...
