Anyone on here from the Singapore Area?

A request for anyone on here in Singapore.

I'm going to be Visiting Singapore in a couple of weeks for about 10 days (my first visit to Asia!).

I didn't really want to be off the mat for that long, i have a grading approaching and want to make sure i keep my hand in. (so to speak).

I thought i'd use the dojo finder to find a Dojo whom i could contact to see if they'd mind me popping along for a session or too.

"It's only a small place" i though there can only be one or two Dojo's. (sorry - foolish me) After finding a good dozen dojo's on Aikiweb i'm a little stuck as to which one to approach.

So can anyone give any recommendations. My group trains in quite a soft controlled form of Aikido which emphasises a lot of work from Uke as well as Tori, my Teachers (and thier teachers) follow Endo Sensei and previously Yamaguchi Sensei.

Can anyone give me any guidance on where would be worth contacting?

Many thanks.

Hello David, you can contact Freddy Khong Sensei of Aikido Federation Singapore.

You can email him at freddy@aikidofederation.com

Or you can visit our website here.

I hope you will enjoy your stay in Singapore! Be sure to try out the diverse variety of food available here.
