I'm happy to announce the availability of two new articles in the AikiWeb Training section. The first is George Ledyard's article entitled "Non-Traditional Attacks" which gives us his thoughts regarding the regularly used attacks in aikido, their alternatives, and the roles that these attacks play in our everyday training. The second is Mike Collins's article entitled "On Stopping, Starting, Preservering, and Growing" which gives us his thoughts on the subject of why some people stay in aikido and others stop training. I think both are great reading and will inevitably make you think; be sure to check them out!

When a friend asked me why I do Aikido, I paused in thought... I sat for a second and replied that Aikido is like marrage to me.

Why does a man stay with his wife?

Aikido continues to bring out the best in me. I know it sounds fruity, but it's the truth.

Good training and more better than worse,
