Frank Doran-sensei at Aikido of Northern VA, March 4 - 6, 2016

Aikido of Northern Virginia will host a seminar with Frank Doran-sensei, 7th dan, shihan, from March 4 to March 6, 2016. Classes will meet on Friday: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM; Saturday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM; and Sunday: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM.

The cost of the seminar will be $200 for the entire weekend. There is an advance registration discount of $50 for all three days, lowering the cost of the seminar to $150. You must register and pay by February 27, 2016, to receive this discount.

Daily rates are available for those who cannot attend the entire seminar. Space is limited, so please register and pay in advance. Open to aikidoka of all ranks and affiliations.

I'm pleased to announce that on Saturday, March 5, Chuck and Emily Gordon of Mugendo Bogu will join us at the seminar. They will bring training gear, uniforms, media, and possibly a few of the infamous O-Sensei bobbleheads...
