I Liq Chuan Master Alexander Skalozub in Oakland, CA March 1-2, 2014

Get an introduction to internal training, via the art of I Liq Chuan, from master-level instructor Alexander Skalozub. This will be his only U.S. visit for 2014, so if you're interested in training "internal" to enhance aikido or virtually any martial art, you won't want to miss this two-day workshop on March 1-2, in Oakland, CA!

Here are some snippets of Alexander Skaluzub teaching some of the principles of internal power. The introduction of principles shown in the earlier part of the clip are more the focus of the upcoming seminar.
