Hi folks,

Here's a 12-minute aikido video of Morihiro Saito teaching techniques from eri-dori (rear lapel grab), an attack that is only infrequently practiced in most aikido dojo:



What are your thoughts on this video?

I think the focus on keeping the "second hand" alive and protecting as well as moving from ura grab to omote technique is interesting.
Anyway I am a sucker for Saito sensei´s videos..
