The process: Crawl, before you walk, before you run.

You must crawl, before you can walk, before you can run.
I strongly believe that you must thoroughly study the physical side of Aikido and become proficient, before you start to learn the spiritual side of Aikido, then you can work on blending it all together. Just like a baby going through this process to learn how to crawl, walk, run, if you skip or try to step over one of the processes you will not have a good thorough overall knowledge and understanding of the art, and will experience difficulties later on.
Enjoy the journey
Paul
Who am I?
I started Aikido back in the 70's, and I am still loving it.
