Here's a quick mention of aikido in this article entitled "Kirwan tries 'Jedi magic'" wherein Japan's rugby coach John Kirwan will be enlisting "the mystical powers of a 90-year-old aikido mastre whose techniques help petite Japanese nurses lift patients off hospital beds" to help out his team. The article also mentions his efforts to train his team members with sumo wrestlers in the past.
