Well....I checked out the link, and couldn't happen but notice another video clip on the right side bar. This has absolutely nothing to do with aikido but it certainly had me laughing (wish I had come up with this idea when I was a kid!)!!!

that little kid was awesome.
personally, everytime i see the title of this thread pop up i think of this vid<
..my favourites are at 1:30 and beyond...

Yknow I hate to be a wet blanket...because clearly they are both having fun...but the kid is too young to tuck his chin and his head is hitting each time he goes down. Even on a really deeply soft and giving surface if you do enough repetitions, the neck/head interface is gonna sustain some damage.

Now, the real trick is figuring out how to get non-compliant partners (a random member of the public or an attacker, perhaps) to react in a similar manner when faced with whatever creepy stare or body movement/posture passes for the projection of ki in the above video (the lady at the end seemed to be mimicking hadōken straight out of Street Fighter).

If you can get everyone to believe that your magic is real then it may as well be.
