Mokuso

The application of Ki on rested bodies during the concentrated mind and body. The spiritual of O' Sensei Morehei Ueshiba is so much inner Spirituality... the mouth and mind and sounds of resting and power.

Re: Mokuso or Misogi

Mabuhay, Reynaldo
Hindi ako maintindihan? Na saan ka pupunta pati ito?

Is this a definition, do you want a definition? My understanding is Mokuso is a "mind clearing" meditation, centering one's self on emptiness. It has little to do with spiritual power.

Isagawa ikou mababa, "Misogi", ako isipin ...baka sakali? Ikou ang bahala.

My tagalog is as bad as your english
