Exclamation The student wish

Greetings to all people. Salam malakum salam! peace to all of you!...

I am a beginner in the world of aikido and I was able to study a lot of martial arts, yet I am not able to enculcate well most of the limbering or stretching. I hope I could found some article that indicates the basic in aikido, this really help us as beginners and we will be able to do all of it by advancing our selves before our sensi will start the sessions. Can I request your position to published different movement together with its english terms and the japanese terms? Thank you so much.....

FOR THE LOVE OF AIKIDO IS A LOVE OF ENEMY. The peaceful way to resolve an anger reaction from individual who doesn't know how to control it. Broken bones.... but not death!

Re: The student wish

Tuloy ka!

There's plenty of stuff on the web about stretching and ukemi practise:

http://uctaikido.blogspot.com/2007/0...exercises.html
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMpBpM38TMg

etc...

I am not an expert
