new friend

Hi everyone, my name is Robby. I am 43 yrs old, and I live in Kamloops B.C Canada. I am starting to practise aikido. I have been interested in it rfor quite a long time, but I was't able to commit to it, so I decideed I would wait til I was able to commit to the whole art, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am glad I waited because as I am finding out ,the more I really try to live as a caring helpful person, I am finding life just keeps getting better and better.Well I hope everyone has a really good day. Remember be happy and helpful,. because it carries over into all aspects of your life. Bye
