Ikeda Sensei does calligraphy at Bujin. Another source is Jake at Budo Video. I've had several pieces done as gifts and they have been beautiful. Just e-mail Jake and tell him what you're looking for.

Re: where can i buy

I highly recommend Wada Suien as a calligrapher. He does very nice custom work, and regularly has stock scrolls (including the aikido kanji) for sale both on his site and on eBay. We purchased three scrolls from him recently for a yudansha appreciation day, and the quality was top notch. I am planning to order from him again when Christmas comes around. His main site is located at http://www.japaneseshodo.com/.

Good luck!
