What do you do?

I am trying to teach a class tonight where three dojo's have been invited to. Have some drinks afterwards and remember O Sensei as a true martial artist, a person one of a kind and try to keep going with his legacy as best as I can.

What do you do?

Re: What do you do?

Try one of the basic kihon waza. Teach without talking. Demonstrate three or four times, and let everyone have a go.

In gassho

Go home.
Shower.
Wash my Gi.
Go to bed.
Get up.
Train another day.

(And somewhere in there I go to work and thank my family for being so supportive of my crazy hobby.)
