Wrist and Arm Stretches

Does anyone know of any illustrated sites on the web that show the lower arm and wrist stretches either in drawings or pictures?

Thanks.

Hello,

Here is another link you might want to check out. I found it by doing a search for "Aikido wrist stretches" on Lycos.

I hope this helps you out.

Hey Mark,
There are also some pretty good drawings in "Aikido: exercises for teaching and training" by C.M. Shifflett
