Hello from England

Hi guys! l'm 21 years old and have been practicing Kai shin kai Aikido for about 6months now and its the best thing ive ever done in my life. I have experience in taekwondo and karate but nothing compares to the dynamic brilliance of aikido. I learn so much every time i step onto the mat it amazes me. Currently i train 2-3 times a week. I'm glad i've found a forum to discuss my obsession with like minded people, which i'm sure will help me on my journey. Here I am as uke.

Hi Michael,

Welcome from Nashville, Tn.

Harmony does not mean that there are no conflicts,
for the dynamic spiral of existence embraces both extremes.

Re: Hello from England

Greetings from a fellow Kai Shin Kai Member.
I think I recognise your training partner from having attended courses at Kai Shin Kai HQ.
