I'm 6'2" and about 180lbs, been practicing nearly 12 years. I agree with most of the above posters. i.e. some techniques work well, some not so. For me, the technique that I find hardest to do is koshinage (hip throw), and that's because my battered old knees (not from Aiki) don't work well when I sink down.
