Howard Popkin and his partner Joe Brogna will conduct a seminar on aiki principles. This is open to the public... all levels and affiliations. Brogna Sensei has kindly agreed to do a class on hanbo (3 ft staff) each day as well so this should be another wonderful seminar!!!
