Hi Everybody,
I am happy to report that Mary Heiny Sensei had her hip replacement surgery this morning. Everything went fine and there were no surgical complications. The surgeon used a prosthesis that will be good for the rigors of aikido teaching and training. I will post updates on her recovery from time to time at
