Was it not Mike Tyson who said that, "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth"? I try to remind my fellow Aikidoka of this when they never seem to get hit during training because everyone is so conscious of being "nice" to each other. It may not be quite as smooth and flowing to execute if that does happen--and it most physical conflicts it will to some extent. It appears that this guy's plan fell apart very quickly.
