Right! Especially when compared against those straight forward predicable costs, operating a nuclear power plant (at least in the USA) is very attractive. Insurance liability is
downright cheap and with all the government loan guarantees demanded on the front end, I mean, really why not OWN a nuclear power plant?
I recommend to anyone living near a nuclear power plant to stop your current life plan and build a nuclear power plant so you can afford to live somewhere where there isn't a nuclear power plant. Those things are dangerous!
