He went to Steven Seagal's dojo to respond to a challenge. This is what he said during his interview on the Combat Aikido DVDs:

He said that anybody who wanted to fight him could go to his dojo and challenge him and be prepared to fight to the death. To me, answering a challenge is very different than dojo storming.
