Isn't that one of the things aikido is about?
IMHO, aikido is only a tool or a context in which we can practice this.

If it is achievable for one of us, it is achievable for all of us.

It is not a "higher standard", but the standard.

We have to quit accepting "less than" from others and ourselves.
