Zagi Kokyudosa is a technique were both people are sitting (hense the name) and you have to push uke over by extending ki. Uke tries to block or stop or redirect you.
I need help on developing my ki. Sensei says I have the technique, but that i need to develope the ki.
Does anyone know any exercises that will help to develope ki extension, but physically and mentally?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
