I ask myself, "Would I want to train with me?" I've skiped practice before due to a cold. I've also skiped when my arms where covered in a poison ivy rash. It is not contagous, but very nasty to look at and I'm sure nobody wound have wanted to grab my wrist anyway. I didn't evey want to grab it.
