Then say you disagree. That's a respectable stance. When, however, you wrongly assert that it's unconstitutional and you know such a ruling has never been made, you're making it up. I.e., you're telling an obvious lie which destroys your credibility in the rest of what you've written. That's Neil's special reserve. I was simply pointing it out in an attempt to keep the conversation reasonable and somewhat balanced.
