Having a hard time getting my head around this statement... How can a "notably more stable" knee
not be considered healthier? I would think that the added stability would at least contribute to less chance of re-injury. Even being able to exert with less trepidation would be an advantage. Maybe one of you medicos out there can 'splain how I should be understanding this.
