Two years ago was taking ukemi and pivoted badly while my partner worked on iriminage. Ended up with a slight meniscus tear and was off the mat for a month and spent the next 6 months practicing very carefully. The knee still gets misaligned from time to time and is regularly addressed by my chiropractor.
