Breathing
ever sense ive started training and stopped and come back... i have heard many students ask to them selves or friends.. why is the breathing so important.. well in my own experience i didnt quite get the breathing down and about a half hour into practice i got real light headed and dizzy...... moving to much with out breathing right is not good i found out.. but now that i have it down i can relax... and it feels so much better..
