Yes. I have ATM and have seen the interview.

Given the stiff conditions required to enter the Kobukan, I assume that this would have been after the Tripartite Pact was signed in September 1940, and that those training would have been military or embassy personnel. Well, when I next meet Okumura Sensei, I will ask him.
