Hi Iain,

Have you tried upside-down cycling? Lie on your back, roll back so your hips and bent legs are in the air, and pedal!

It has the added benefit that it will help you with the strength and balance you need for ukemi, as well as shedding the excess kilos.

You should be able to do this exercise fairly quietly so it won't disturb the neighbours
