The Art of Blending, produced by North Bay Aikido. Mitsugi Saotome Sensei also talks extensively of cooking in
Aikido: Living by Design and has noted its meditative nature on numerous occasions. Hitohiro Saito Sensei is an accomplished and professionally-trained chef.
