I will be making a short video covering all the exercises we do on the backs of the wrists..
1) Standard push-ups on backs of wrists.fingers pointing both in and out.
2) wrists wide apart drawing slowly together until touching wrist to wrist.
3) On backs of wrists with someone sitting on your back.
4) Sitting on arris with hands behind you on backs of wrists and lifting arris ..........
