It's funny, I still occationally get caught by surprise by these...but mostly now I know it's coming, especially on shiho, so I just ensure I seize their wrist with a fourth control grip, so when they twist out of the shiho, I throw and pin with 4th control (4th ^ is generally safer with newbies than a really tight shiho...so I don't tighten up on the shiho).

But 4th control can hurt some people a lot...so the newbies generally tend to take the shiho now.
