Always practice it... converse with others that you know in Japanese, watch Japanese movies/TV-shows, listen to Japanese music etc...
The only way to learn another language is to keep it in constant practice...
I started learning Japanese by watching subtitled animes, listening to Japanese music, and reading mangas.
