I said "Some People" and was not referring to my own ideas. I would also say that the description that you give is also surface and very incomplete. For example, when "pushed" , which would be a "yo" movement, the response from the nage needs to be "in" on the side of the movement, while simultaneously using a "yo" movement/energy on the uke's "in" side. Another way of describing this would be the idea that there is an irimi in every tenkan.
