Content: This is a chance to get some training on the 90 Degree and Behind Principle of Aikido. This principle is a key to making Aikido techniques, movement, and Kamae functional. The seminar will go into a few more applications of the 90 Degree Principle that are not covered in the DVD and give some further explanation of the more esoteric points of this principle. You will also get a chance to practice this principle in applications ranging from Kihon Waza to Jiyu Waza to Tanto Dori and Tachi Dori.
