Help with technique
Hi all,
I'm a beginner who's been training for a couple months in my dojo's morning classes. I recently started attending the Saturday evening classes and found them to be quite a bit more challenging than the morning ones.
Specifically, in Saturday evening classes we study a technique called Hiriki no Yosei (3). Sensei and my fellow students seem quite adept at this technique, but every time I try it, I end up having to be carried, mumbling incoherently, out of the dojo. The next morning I am invariably stiff, sore, and still groggy.
I'm trying to be the best Aikidoka that I can, but I'm afraid that this technique will end up defeating me... Is there any advice that others can offer me?
