Finally Kashiwaya sensei's new DVD (Jo-Gi Basics) is finished, now you can order it through Ki-Aikido USA or Midland Ki Federation dojos. This DVD is the first of Kashiwaya sensei's weapon series (Jo Basic and Advanced, Bokken I, II , and more). The Jo-Gi Basics DVD that is now available covers instruction on Jo-Gi Dai Ichi, corrections for many common mistakes, instruction on teaching beginners and it covers each motion (1-22) in detail.
