+1..... Let me see...... I run a school where I don't teach proper/good attacks so that my students can learn good responses to feckless attacks so that I can properly train my students to handle themselves in real-life conflicts...
NAH!
Practice is 100% of the time. That means attacking properly, responding properly and everything else before, in-between and after.
