Well I asked sensei again and he didn't ask the translation in the store but at a restaurant. The people he asked there could read it but couldn't provide an english translation for it. So they said to him: "mu yo dju", and he wrote that down.
They said the calligraphy had something to do with happiness, but that isn't the excact translation.
Maybe dju should be ju, for the sake of the Japanese language?
