Practicing with yoshinkan yudansha and reading books of Shioda Gôzô never made me think to not regard ikkajô, nikajô, sankajô ... as certain techniques. The use of these terms in Yoshinkan to me seems clearly different from the use in Daitô ryû or koryû where these word refer to segments of the curriculum.
