And once you are bitten by the bug, what might you ask is a good off-mat activity to help you get in better shape? Fast-walking / jogging / running. Does loads to improve your stamina. I think I love jogging because it is so simple and you can loose yourself in the simple movement and breathing.

Not at this level however...but someday, why not?
