To members of the Aiki community:

In a special ceremony at Northcoast Aikido, Friday September 8, 2012, I awarded Robert Ekholdt Menkyo Kaiden, the highest level of teaching license in Aikibojitsu. The Certificate is a scroll that I commissioned by a well known Japanese calligrapher.

Ekholdt Sensei, who has practiced the art of Aikibojitsu for over 27 years, was taken completely by surprise. The promotion was witnessed by members of Northcoast Aikido, Aikibojitsu, and guests.
